I. MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER

Once again guys, please get on top of game contacts. We have two weeks left in the season and a lot left to do for over half of the teams, so let’s make sure all of the games are getting played or subs are found where needed. If you need my help, let me know and I will get things straight for you. Good luck to all in week 17, some movement could happen or it all may come down to week 18.

New Orleans is still the top team in the NFC but New England is just a game back and holds the tiebreakers and Saints have the much tougher game with Carolina in week 17. NY Giants and Jacksonville play head to head this week and this likely will decide the division with both having equally tough week 18 games. With the Panthers tied for the 4th spot with the loser of the NFC East game, Arizona sits in 6th and faces Kansas City who needs the game to stay ahead of Atlanta who hosts winless Miami so that 7th spot may come down to week 18 as well though KC has the much easier matchup so could survive a loss this week.

Tennessee takes down the LA Rams and move into the #1 spot in the conference. Pittsburgh beats Chicago an with the Rams loss move into the #2 spot and a tie for the Central lead. Denver leads the East and is the #3 seed right now but Buffalo has the easier schedule to finish so this could still come down to tiebreakers. LA Rams and LA Chargers are tied for 4th and then Buffalo, Green Bay and Dallas are tied for 6th, with one of them going to be send home when it is all done. San Francisco is technically still alive, but sit two games behind and would have to pass 2 of the 9 win teams, so would take a miracle for the Niners to survive week 17.

Please make sure to get started on game contacts asap and don’t forget to CC me on all of them so I can make sure games are getting set up smoothly.  Let’s see if we can hit the first week deadline with all games played head to head and as always if you need help let us know.  If you need a sub, feel free to find your own sub or contact me asap so we can try and get you hooked up with someone to get your game in.  Make sure you have the latest action update which is available on the website.  Game files are up for the start of the regular season, so make sure you go download them and start making contact for week 17 games. If you have any questions, now is the time, so please ask before we get too far into things.

I can’t stress enough that you need to IMMEDIATELY send me your game export when the game is complete.  Send your write up later on, that’s fine, but I MUST have the game export as soon as the game ends or I’ll have to sim the game to keep things moving along if it is missing at the deadline.

***There is a new game update available on the website, dated 10/1/25 ***

Reminder that you MUST send a boxscore and writeup to the league after each game.  The home team is responsible for this, but either team can do it, as long as it does get done.  Also, you MUST send me the game export immediately after the game is complete.  It takes about 30 seconds, so I shouldn’t have to chase you down for that file after a game, just get it in right away so I don’t have to guess whether a game has happened or not.
