MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER
Three
quarters of the season are gone and the playoff races will really start
to heat up now. Please, keep
on top of your game contacts and let’s continue to try and play them all
hth if possible. Here is the
current playoff preview and where things might be going.
In
the AFC Houston and Denver tied at the top of the East and Buffalo a
game back and NY Jets two, with all of them alive for the playoffs.
New England can clinch the Central with a win or Pittsburgh loss
this coming week. LA
Chargers can also clinch with a win or a Tennessee loss and a bunch of
teams are chasing Tennessee and NY Jets who are tied for the final
playoff spot with only Cleveland and Minnesota officially out.
In
the NFC NY Giants lead the East and Jacksonville is a game back and tied
for 5th in the conference.
New Orleans and Philly tied at the top of the West with Carolina
just a game back and all 5 teams could clinch the playoffs this week if
they win or Arizona loses.
LA Rams lead the Central by two games over KC and GB and could possibly
clinch this week with the right combination of wins and losses. Everyone
else is basically out of the playoffs and fighting for draft position.
I
can’t stress enough that you need to IMMEDIATELY send me your game
export when the game is complete.
Send your write up later on, that’s fine, but I MUST have the
game export as soon as the game ends or I’ll have to sim the game to
keep things moving along if it is missing at the deadline.
Don’t
forget, if you lose a player for 2 or more games, you can ask for an
injury replacement, but it must be done the same week as the injury, so
don’t wait, get those requests in right away and take advantage,
especially the teams who are already challenged for the amount of games
they have to work with.
Also, be sure you give me enough names as the more injuries the more
likely someone else already grabbed the guy you want.
Reminder that you MUST send a boxscore and writeup to the league after
each game. The home team is
responsible for this, but either team can do it, as long as it does get
done. Also, you MUST send me
the game export immediately after the game is complete.
It takes about 30 seconds, so I shouldn’t have to chase you down
for that file after a game, just get it in right away so I don’t have to
guess whether a game has happened or not.

News from Around the League
Guys, this section will get back to normal as soon as I have more time
on my plate to get things done, for now I will focus on getting game
files out and the website updated as best I can. Thanks for your
