MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER
In
the NFC, Jacksonville, Green Bay, Philadephia and Arizona are all in the
playoffs, while in the AFC, only New England and Cleveland have for sure
clinched a spot with 7 teams fighting it out for 4 spots left.
Be sure if you have trouble
hooking up to be sure you get a plan in place and a sub if needed.
Thanks for the great work guys!
I have updated files on the website, go ahead and get those and
get started on your game contacts for week 16.
I
can’t stress enough that you need to IMMEDIATELY send me your game
export when the game is complete.
Send your write up later on, that’s fine, but I MUST have the
game export as soon as the game ends or I’ll have to sim the game to
keep things.
Don’t
forget, if you lose a player for 2 or more games, you can ask for an
injury replacement, but it must be done the same week as the injury, so
don’t wait, get those requests in right away and take advantage,
especially the teams who are already challenged for the amount of games
they have to work with.
Also, be sure you give me enough names as the more injuries the more
likely someone else already grabbed the guy you want.
Reminder that you MUST send a boxscore and writeup to the league after
each game. The home team is
responsible for this, but either team can do it, as long as it does get
done. Also, you MUST send me
the game export immediately after the game is complete.
It takes about 30 seconds, so I shouldn’t have to chase you down
for that file after a game, just get it in right away so I don’t have to
guess whether a game has happened or not.

News from Around the League
This
week in the AFC New England takes their first loss as Tennessee gets a
big win and stays on top in the West.
Dallas beats Minnesota to keep pace with the Titans and actually
hold a lead on the hth tiebreaker and San Diego is barely alive with
another loss, this time to Jacksonville.
Cleveland beats Green Bay and clinches the East as Denver beats
San Francisco but loses on the hth tiebreaker.
Indianapolis squeaks by Buffalo and actually stays alive in the
playoff race while NY Jets beat Kansas City to keep pace with the Colts.
Houston beats Miami and Chicago wins over Pittsburgh to even the
season series.
This
week in the NFC Jacksonville beats San Diego to hold on to the top spot
in the conference and Green Bay falls to Cleveland to go back to the #3
spot. Philadelphia and
Seattle has the Eagles getting a big win and staying in touch with the
Jags for the top spot while Carolina and Atlanta sees the Panthers
taking the win and still having a chance at a .500 season.
New Orleans gets by St. Louis to stay in the #6 slot and Detroit
beats the Giants to stay a half game back.
Arizona beats Tampa Bay to stay within reach of Philly and Kansas
City loses a tough one to the Jets.
Coming up in the AFC New England will visit Indianapolis and Cleveland
goes to Pittsburgh with both teams still fighting for the top spot in
the conference and NE holding a 1 game lead and a tiebreaker.
Tennessee visits San Francisco and Dallas is off to San Diego as
both sit tied on top of the West division but Dallas holds the hth
tiebreaker. Denver sits tied
in the #4 slot and matches up with a tough Green Bay squad while NY Jets
head to Houston and sit tied in the last playoff spot with Indy.
San Diego sits at #7, the last team still alive for the playoffs.
Minnesota travels west to Seattle and Chicago and Buffalo square
off.
Coming up in the NFC Jacksonville can wrap up the #1 playoff slot with a
win the Giants or a loss by Philadelphia to St. Louis.
Green Bay is slightly alive, but would have to win out including
this week vs Denver and have the Jags lose their last two while
Philadelphia loses at least 1 more.
Arizona needs a win at Kansas City and some Philly losses to stay
in the division fight.
Seattle sits in the #5 slot and a win over Minnesota can clinch no worse
than that finish. New
Orleans is a half game up in the #6 slot and needs a win at Carolina to
keep that lead while Detroit chases them and must beat Tampa Bay to keep
pace. Miami visits Atlanta,
still looking for their first win of the season.
