I. MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER

Another solid week as the games were all done well inside of the deadline and game contacts have been going well, keep up the good
work guys!

As you may have all seen over the list, Alex Novello has been in a terrible accident and is still in the hospital trying to recover
from his injuries. Please feel free to send him get well emails for him to read when he is again able to do so, I’m sure he will
appreciate them as he is trying to recover. For the time being, the league will run his team and I would ask that anyone who is
available to please help out with playing his team until he is again able to take over. Thanks!

There is a new patch for the game that MUST be installed before playing any week 5 games. Please get this either from the Action
website or ours before you play your game this week.

Don’t forget, if you lose a player for 2 or more games, you can ask for an injury replacement, but it must be done the same week as
the injury, so don’t wait, get those requests in right away and take advantage, especially the teams who are already challenged for
the amount of games they have to work with.

Reminder that you MUST send a boxscore and writeup to the league after each game. The home team is responsible for this, but either
team can do it, as long as it does get done. Also, you MUST send me the game export immediately after the game is complete. It takes
about 30 seconds, so I shouldn’t have to chase you down for that file after a game, just get it in right away so I don’t have to guess
whether a game has happened or not.

Other that this stuff, just keep up the good work and good luck to all for week 5!

II. News from Around the League

In the AFC, Buffalo continues to surprise as they go to 3-1 on the season over division rival Denver, and Houston and the Jets continue
to roll, beating up Carolina and San Fran respectively. Dallas gets back to .500 with a big division win over Tennessee, while
Minnesota is also all even with a victory that sends the Chargers to 0-4. The Browns send the defending AFC champs to their third
defeat in four games and the Steelers are looking to shake things up a bit.

Buffalo and Cleveland faceoff in a huge game that will go a long way towards a wild card spot for the victor, while Houston will try and
continue the Broncos tough season as they visit the mile high city. Indy puts their perfect record on the line vs division rival Bears,
while Pittsburgh faces the equally struggling Jaguars as both teams try and avoid a 1-4 start to the season. Tennessee will try and
get back on track, but will need to stop the high powered Minnesota offense to do it, while Dallas looks to get back on top of the
division against the Chargers. San Francisco will try and join the jumble at the top of the division as they get a chance host struggling
Miami.

In the NFC, Kansas City continues their march to the playoffs with a third win of the season as they beat a struggling Tampa team on
their home field. New Orleans wins a tough one late over the Eagles to move into a tie at the top of the West as the Cardinals come
back to earth a bit against the Rams who appear to be a force no matter who is coaching them. Another team with a sub coaching pulls
off the big win as Miami downs the Packers, while The Giants get a big win and send the Jags to a spot they haven’t seen in a long time,
4th place in the division. Atlanta continues to quietly put together a solid season, keeping pace with the defending champion Lions,
who maul the Bears to keep the undefeated dream alive.

Those same defending champs will host the Patriots as they try and go to 5-0 and the Rams will do the same on home turf as they see
the Seahawks coming in to town. Philly looks to get back on track with another division game vs Tampa Bay while the Giants and Packers
meet up in the quest for a wild card spot. Arizona will look to get back on track with a visit to the Panthers, who are one of 5 teams
still in search of their first win, while Atlanta and KC both try and keep pace with their more decorated brethren at the top and hope
for an upset and a piece of the top of their division.

Saints get off to a 3-1 start after 4 games (submitted by Jeff Shelton).

Qb Tony Romo has been overall very solid in the passing game . BUT 5 fumbles in 4 games cant be
overlooked and knock his overall grade down . B

RB The commettee of Graham -Jones -McAllister -Young -Charles have got the job done . Overall
solid group , losing Graham has really made keeping a eye on carries needed . B+

WR-TE The real highlight of the team has been this unit , Bryant -Moore -Jenkins -Clark have
really carried the team and made plays when they had to be made . A

OL Again this unit has been very solid average giving up 1 sack a game , Over 4.5 ypc for the season , A-

DL This unit has done it job averaging alittle over 1 sack a game , but has been solid with no superstars . B-

LB This unit has been really hurt by injuries Hill went out early in week 1 and is not expected back till at
least week 7 , with Derrick Johnson going down in week 4 till week 7 this unit will need Bradie James -
Blackburn to play big .

DB The trade to aquire Rodgers-Cromartie to go along with Ike Tayloe has really helped boost this unit ,
Bethea -Weddle have played solid the unit hasnt picked as many passes as we have thought so that lowers the
grade some . B-

ST Another area where the Saints have shined and Justin Miller has shined most with 2 kickoff returns for TD's ,
Bironas has very solid 12-12 XP, 7-8 on FG's including the game winner week 4 . Kyle Larson has been a disappoinment
has his fumble week 3 really was a big factor in the loss . B

Injuries After week 4 the Saints are a really beat up team going forward with injuries to B.Cofield ,L.Hill ,
D.Johnson ,R. Edwards , E.Graham ,so the week 5 verus Jets will be a real challenge .

2010 Getting a head start on next season this team has major concerns going forward . M. Kemoeatu is out for season ,
L.Hill out till Novemeber , A.Bryant knee injury could miss several week , C.Canty will miss a few weeks ,A.Bigby
knee injury wil cost him a month next year looks like could be a year influx with all the injuries .
