I. MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER

The playoff races are now in full swing and upsets keep showing up all over the place. Let’s please keep on top of game contacts
(remember you are required to CC me on all of them) through the rest of the season, even those of you who may be out of the playoff
race, try and keep with us these final 2 weeks of the season. See below for a playoff update race.

A new game update is available dated 11/30, please get it from the ISFL website before you play any games this week.

I got an email from Alex and he’s progressing, though slowly. I have assured him that his team is here no matter how long it takes
and that he should just focus on his recovery and that we all hope he can return to us soon. Hank Sienzant has offered to run the
Dolphins until Alex returns and that works for me and is greatly appreciated, so please contact Hank for all Miami games until further
notice. Thanks!

Don’t forget, if you lose a player for 2 or more games, you can ask for an injury replacement, but it must be done the same week as
the injury, so don’t wait, get those requests in right away and take advantage, especially the teams who are already challenged for
the amount of games they have to work with.

Reminder that you MUST send a boxscore and writeup to the league after each game. The home team is responsible for this, but either
team can do it, as long as it does get done. Also, you MUST send me the game export immediately after the game is complete. It takes
about 30 seconds, so I shouldn’t have to chase you down for that file after a game, just get it in right away so I don’t have to guess
whether a game has happened or not.

Other that this stuff, just keep up the good work and good luck to all for week 16!

II. News from Around the League

In the AFC, the big matchup has the Jets traveling to Houston in a game that could decide the East or tighten things up and NY gets
the big win and clinch the AFC East division title, while Houston clinches a playoff spot. Indy continues to roll as well as the top
spot may come down to tiebreakers as the Colts beat the Bears to go to 13-1. Dallas solidifies a playoff spot as they beat the Bills
who’s playoff hopes go on life support with the loss. Tennessee continues to stay on top of the West as they beat the Vikings and hold
a one game lead on Dallas with 2 weeks to play. Cleveland beats Denver to keep pace with the Steelers who hold the final playoff spot
and get a win of their own over the Patriots.

The AFC playoffs Indianapolis and NY Jets both have clinched a first round bye and are now fighting for the top spot should they face
each other in the conference championship. Indy plays Pittsburgh and Jacksonville, a couple of teams that should give them a challenge,
while the Jets play Denver and Philadelphia, the easier road in one game, but the Eagles could cost them home field. Tennessee leads
the West by a game over Dallas and the two meet this week in a game that either decides the division or tightens things up even more.
A win for Dallas means a tie, but the Cowboys will hold the hth tiebreaker and in week 17 they face San Francisco while the Titans go
to San Diego and could need a win and some help if they can’t get the job done this week. Houston can lock down the 4th spot with a win
and a Dallas loss and they close with Tampa and Denver, two games they should win and finish at 12-4 and host a first round game.
Pittsburgh has to find a way to beat Indy or keep Cleveland, Buffalo and Chicago alive if those teams can win this week. Cleveland
holds the tiebreaker on the Steelers and finish with Minnesota and then the Giants and likely need the wins as Pittsburgh closes with
Buffalo and will look to control their own destiny. Buffalo faces Philly this week and could be out of the playoffs if they can’t find
a way to pull off the upset, while Chicago heads to San Diego and finishes with New England, so they are alive and have a chance, but
need a LOT of help with Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Everyone else is scrambling for lottery positioning ad this point and in theory the
AFC playoffs could be set after this week, but likely will go down to week 17 before we know for sure.

In the NFC, Carolina gets a huge win to pull into a tie with the Cardinals in the West and Philly gets an even bigger win as they
drop the Rams to 10-4, though St. Louis has the Central clinched and are fighting for a first round bye. Detroit pulls off the big
upset in the East as they slow down the streaking Giants and cut the division lead to just 1 game with 2 to play, while Atlanta drops
another game, this time to the Saints and this puts them on the outside looking in. Jacksonville gets a win over Tampa as they fight
for some pride, while Seattle does the same with a win over Miami. Green Bay gets a win over San Diego who are still stuck on 1 win,
tied with Denver for the top lottery spot.

The NFC playoffs are a huge mess right now with only St. Louis clinching the Central at this point and 8 teams having a chance for the
top spot overall and 9 teams can still make the playoffs. Philly plays Buffalo and the Jets, not an easy road down the stretch, but a
win probably gets them in the playoffs, two obviously win them the division. Carolina can eliminate New Orleans with a win this week
and then play Seattle in the final week, so still hope for a shot at the division. Arizona has Miami and Minnesota, so with all these
games, it’s very possible we could end with a three way tie at 11-5 for the West division before we are done. St. Louis can ends KC’s
playoff chances this week and face GB in the final week, so should be able to get to 12 wins and a chance at a first round bye. Kansas
City needs to beat the Rams and Miami and get a ton of help to stay in the playoff hunt, but right now they are still alive. The
Giants finish with Seattle and Cleveland, so look to be 11-5 or 12-4 if they can handle the Browns and they hold their destiny for the
division at this point. Detroit finishes with Jacksonville and Atlanta, a couple of tough division games and they will need them both
for any hope of a division win, though if they stumble, they could fall right out of the playoffs. Atlanta needs a win against New
England this week to stay alive and hope for a chance hth with the Lions in week 17 for the final playoff spot. New Orleans finishes
with Carolina and Tampay Bay and need them both if they are to have any chance of a playoff spot as it’s likely going to take at least
10 wins for a playoff spot in the NFC.
