I. MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER

The playoff races are now in full swing and upsets keep showing up all over the place. Let’s please keep on top of game contacts
(remember you are required to CC me on all of them) through the rest of the season, even those of you who may be out of the playoff
race, try and keep with us these final 3 weeks of the season. See below for a playoff update race.

Week 14 is a bye week and all players get a rest before the week 15 games. This is a two week block for games due to the holiday,
so enjoy your Thanksgiving and football and get the games in when it’s convenient for you as there is no requirement to play any
games before the holiday.

A new game update is available dated 11/18, please get it from the ISFL website before you play any games this week.

I got an email from Alex and he’s progressing, though slowly. I have assured him that his team is here no matter how long it takes
and that he should just focus on his recovery and that we all hope he can return to us soon. Hank Sienzant has offered to run the
Dolphins until Alex returns and that works for me and is greatly appreciated, so please contact Hank for all Miami games until
further notice. Thanks!

Don’t forget, if you lose a player for 2 or more games, you can ask for an injury replacement, but it must be done the same week as
the injury, so don’t wait, get those requests in right away and take advantage, especially the teams who are already challenged for
the amount of games they have to work with.

Reminder that you MUST send a boxscore and writeup to the league after each game. The home team is responsible for this, but either
team can do it, as long as it does get done. Also, you MUST send me the game export immediately after the game is complete. It
takes about 30 seconds, so I shouldn’t have to chase you down for that file after a game, just get it in right away so I don’t have
to guess whether a game has happened or not.

Other that this stuff, just keep up the good work and good luck to all for week 15!

II. News from Around the League

In the AFC, Indianapolis holds off Detroit in the end and wins a tight, 1 point game against the defending champs to go 12-1. The
Jets keep pace beating division rival Buffalo, while Houston also wins a division game over Cleveland to keep pace and division title
hopes alive. New England gets a big, cross conference win over Seattle and Chicago keeps their playoff hopes alive with a win over
Pittsburgh who still stays in that final AFC spot. Dallas beats San Diego to keep pace with Tennessee who get an easy win over Denver
atop the West. San Francisco beats Minnesota to move into a tie for third place in the division.

The AFC playoffs are clearing up at the top as Indy clinches the central, while the Jets are in and need a win over Houston this week
to clinch the division, while the Texans need a win and then some help if they want to keep their division championship hopes alive.
Tennessee clinches a spot with a win out West while Dallas could clinch as well depending on what happens in the standings behind them.
Pittsburgh sits precariously in the final playoff spot and really need a win over NE to stay in that place. Buffalo hosts Dallas,
Cleveland heads to Denver and Chicago hosts Indy with all of them needing a win to try and keep pace for the playoffs. Minnesota, San
Francisco and New England are theoretically alive, but likely will be eliminated this week one way or another and Denver and San Diego
are fighting it out for the #1 lottery position.

In the NFC, Carolina stays in the playoff hunt, moving in a tie for 5th/6th place with a win over Tampa Bay, their 8th in a row.
Detroit loses a tough one at home and are in danger of missing the playoffs coming off their Super Bowl win last year, while St. Louis
wins a big one in the division to clinch it and a playoff spot. Seattle drops a game to New England and Kansas City beats Green Bay to
keep their slim playoff hopes alive. Arizona beats Philly to put them in a deadlock on top of the West, while New Orleans wins over
Jackonsville under new management to keep in the playoff hunt as well. The Giants beat Atlanta for a 2 game lead with 3 to play and
they have a stranglehold on the division.

The NFC playoffs St. Louis has clinched the Central and a playoff spot and are fighting with the Giants for the top spot in the
conference. NY needs a win over Detroit to possibly clinch the division and a playoff spot if Atlanta loses to New Orleans, or things
could get really tight again, so week 15 means a lot in the East. Arizona hosts the hottest team in the league in the Panthers with both
teams needing a win to stay in the playoffs for now and Philly heads to St. Louis, so a ton of big games out West as well. Kansas City
heads to San Francisco needing a win to keep any playoff hopes alive and the Saints need that big win over the Falcons if they want to
have a chance going forward as well. Green Bay, Miami, Jacksonville, Seattle and Tampa Bay are all jockeying for draft position and the
chance to play spoiler over the next 3 weeks.
