I. MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER

Another solid week as the games were all done well inside of the deadline and game contacts have been going well, keep up the good
work guys! The trade deadline is Monday, November 2nd at 10 pm eastern. All deals must be confirmed by that time or they will not
be processed, so be sure you get them in on time!

Alex is home and recovering, hopefully he’ll be back with us sometime soon! Hank Sienzant has offered to run the Dolphins until Alex
returns and that works for me and is greatly appreciated, so please contact Hank for all Miami games until further notice. Thanks!

Don’t forget, if you lose a player for 2 or more games, you can ask for an injury replacement, but it must be done the same week as
the injury, so don’t wait, get those requests in right away and take advantage, especially the teams who are already challenged for
the amount of games they have to work with.

Reminder that you MUST send a boxscore and writeup to the league after each game. The home team is responsible for this, but either
team can do it, as long as it does get done. Also, you MUST send me the game export immediately after the game is complete. It takes
about 30 seconds, so I shouldn’t have to chase you down for that file after a game, just get it in right away so I don’t have to guess
whether a game has happened or not.

Other that this stuff, just keep up the good work and good luck to all for week 10!

II. News from Around the League

In the AFC, the big upset comes from a team most had written off (including their owner) as the Steelers rise up and get some revenge
for their Super Bowl loss, shutting out the visiting Lions and getting back into the playoff hunt. The Jets hold on to their division
lead with a big division win over Cleveland, while Houston puts a whipping on the Saints as offensive player of the week, Eli Manning,
tosses 4 TD passes in the contest. Buffalo stays alive in the playoff hunt as they beat up on the Bucs, while Indianapolis stays unbeaten
with an easy win over the Broncos. Tennessee drops one to the Chiefs, while Dallas beats Minnesota to move into a share of first place
out West. San Francisco beats San Diego in a close game, that keeps them ahead of the Chargers in the standings.

With the trade deadline looming, week 10 will likely decide who are buyers and who are sellers with a pair of buyers matching up for the
game of the week as Houston will host Indianapolis as we find out if this Colts team is for real and has a chance at 16-0. Another likely
buyer, the Jets, head to Buffalo to try and stay on top in the East, while Cleveland hosts New England and likely will end up as buyers
as they should go to 6-4 this week. Then we get to the teams on the bubble as Dallas hosts Green Bay and Tennessee hosts St. Louis, a win
or loss likely will push these teams in one direction for the rest of the season. Pittsburgh is another team who has a big game, hosting
Atlanta, and another big upset win and the Steelers may go from sellers 4 weeks ago into buying mode leading up to the deadline. Minnesota
hosts San Francisco and the loser in this game will likely be ready to move some players for sure.

In the NFC, Carolina continues their rise as they beat a team below them in the standings and sit just 2 games out in the West. Up top of
the division, Philadelphia gets the win over Arizona and while tied in the standings, the Eagles now hold the tiebreaker for the playoff
seedings. New Orleans drops a tough one to a good Texans team, while Kansas City gets a big win over Tennessee to keep pace in the wild
card standings. Atlanta beats Green Bay and with Detroit’s loss in Pittsburgh, takes over the top spot in the division, though they face
those same Steelers in week 10. NY Giants pull off another upset this week as Peyton Manning gets things rolling and then their defense
hold off the Rams for the close win. Jacksonville beats the Patriots to stay alive in the playoff hunt, while Seattle gets win #2 on the
season over da Bears.

There looks to be at least 6 buyers, a bunch of sellers and 4 teams that are on the line and this week could push them either way. St.
Louis still leads the way on top of the conference, but will get tested again by a pesky Titans squads, though an injury to Bulger may
hurt any chances of an upset there. Atlanta will try and avoid the upset bug that hit the Lions and Cowboys recently on visits to
Pittsburgh, while NY Giants and Detroit will go head to head to see who can get a leg up in the division and maybe tie the Falcons if
they slip. Philadelphia plays Seattle and will hope to avoid the upset there and stay on top in the West, while Arizona faces a sterner
test as they travel to KC, always a tough place to play and even more so this season as Kansas City is one of those teams trying to decide
if they can make the playoff run or start making some moves for next year. New Orleans says they aren’t sellers just yet, but an upset
loss to Denver and the Saints may change their tune. Jacksonville and Carolina both face teams below them in the standings and wins could
get them to .500 and they may have to start thinking about making some positive moves to add some help to get to the playoffs. Miami faces
the Chargers, both likely sellers at this point, while Green Bay heads to Dallas and try to work their way back to the break even line,
while Tampa looks for win #3 on their trip to Carolina.
